I found this picture which I really liked. Very nice looking luger and what a wonderful stock wood!  Shocked Fine arms. No doubt!

WOW ! Thats one elegant piece !

I am no expert but this pistol seems to me like a modern rebuild...its so crsip !!!
And I do not say this in a derogatory manner. There are a few gunsmiths that specialise in Lugers.
Some are built from scratch but sometimes decrepit P08's are turned into really good and attractive target pistols.#
I saw one such gun re-built in germany sporting a bull barrel target sights and tuned trigger.
Purists might not like the looks, but only because of predjudiced memory.
Oh, and sometimes they come with a 1.5" in 50 meter guarantee !

Attached is the link to the company who bought out the remaining raw stocks from Mauser when they closed down. "Haslberger" now produces a limited but fine quantity yearly.
Those who have the money can get a crisp "Luger" from them.
